Pick-Up Guidelines & Fees

Please note we cannot accommodate same-day deliveries or pick-ups.
Effective January 1, 2025, a flat fee per occurrence will be charged back to customers as follows:

• Rescheduling Appointments (with less than 24-hour notice) – $350
• Late Appointment Arrival (we allow 30-minute grace period) – $350
• No Show Appointment – $500
• No Appointment (work in) – $750
